Love haven spa. I’ve been going for massage and facials (standard & hydrafacial) for the past 6 years. Sofia is the best, I’ve been seeing her for the past 3 years (didn’t stick with an esthetician previously) and she works wonders on skin. Go see her! Great staff and calm atmosphere. Prices are fair for a high end spa, worth every penny!

The massage was great! Super friendly staff and kind masseuse. The facial on the other hand I would not recommend. The esthetician was quite rude and I felt taken advantage of by being pushed for an upgrade because I was told that my skin “needed lots of extractions” but she didn’t end up doing any. Facial was rough and ended up with lots of broken blood vessels. I won’t be coming back :(

I truly enjoyed my time at Haven. For my birthday, I decided to try some new things and Haven really delivered. I did some sort of body wrap which was very foreign to me. Sophia was amazing - she explained everything thoroughly and helped me feel comfortable and taken care of. She was so thoughtful throughout the process. She alone made this visit worth every penny. My other services were also wonderful. The environment is relaxing and the staff kind.

This spa a hidden gem in soho. Small yet chick, feels like you are in a secret cave. We went during the week and it as not crowded. My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, with Zach, what a talent! Facial was amazing as well - hydra facial. I did not want to leave. Worth the expense, customer service was on point as well!

Just head a number of different treatments at Haven, and had hoped for heaven but got mediocre at best When I walked in for my appointment, I was a bit hesitant as they’re high ceilings with dark purple and black curtains look low key like it was offering a different set of services than I was interested in. The facial and nail care I got were okay in the moment, but not cheap at $150 for a basic gel mani + pedi, in salon without massage chairs and a pretty basic set up The day after the mani and the pedi started chipping and the mani turned quite blodgy, the nail tech did a shoddy job as I can’t remember the last time my shellac gel chipped after 24 hrs I’m going to reach out to management separately and ask for a refund as I think charging this amount of money + the good tip I left really requires much better quality service

I just had the most luxe and relaxing pedi with Marlene. Her process is thorough and not rushed and the result is flawless.

I came to Haven Spa with a group of 8 for my bachelorette party. From the time I reached out to them until I came in about six weeks later, they were a pleasure to work with. I added and changed services up until the day before and they were extremely accommodating throughout. In terms of services, I got a facial and a pedicure. It was my first facial and the therapist customized it to fit my needs and skin type, which I appreciated. For a girls day or a me day, I would definitely recommend Haven Spa.

This place absolutely lives up to its name - the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The services I've received have been incredible. Zac is a phenomenal massage therapist; Zina does such a lovely, quick, and pretty painless job with electrolysis. The people at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful! I am so grateful to have found this gem.

I continue to enjoy the effects of the Head, Hands, and Feet Massage I received yesterday. The service and ambiance have immediate impact, Haven is a real oasis. The experience of the massage was completely relaxing and I was so happy to have my knots works out so thoroughly, yet painlessly. I can't wait to go back!

I had a lovely hands, feet and heat massage with Zac. I was a bit later than I’d intended to arrive (only ~10 minutes prior to my service, vs the suggested 20), and as I was a first-time client, I had intake paperwork to complete — so, the front desk staff took me directly to the lounge to await Zac, rather than visit the changing area. The lounge was dim and pleasant with a variety of beverages and snacks. After waiting ~5 minutes for Zac, I was walked back to my appointment room where I was able to change and had my service. The space was pleasant, dim, and immaculately clean as one would expect, and the service itself was great. I was able to add gratuity directly to my credit card payment, which is always nice. I would/will totally come back next time I’m in NYC.

Great spa. Only tried mani and pedi. Tried 3 times. First two times was much better nail technician than last time. Last time mani stayed only for like 3-5 days . And wasn’t deep cleaned enough for me .

Haven always delivers- it is a neighborhood gem the savior of my sanity during the pandemic. Everyone is so nice and extremely talented warm and friendly. I would never go anywhere else. Right after my foot surgery as soon as I got clearance I marched myself on my crutches over to get a fantastic pedicure from Marlene. I can’t recommend Haven more. Plus it’s a women owned business always a win win!!!

An absolutely wonderful experience. I indulged in an hour long renaissance predicate with Raquel. She has a wonderful calm spirit and is excellent at her craft. Such a beautiful atmosphere! Everyone is so lively from the front desk staff to the other practitioners. They offer complimentary box water and an assortment of teas in the lounge. I absolutely LOVE Sophia. I got a Brazilian Wax with Hard Wax after going over two years since a wax and having gone back to shaving (worst mistake ever), Sophia made me feel comfortable and it was less painful than experiences I’ve had in the past. 10/10 I will be coming here from now on.

Heidi was amazing. I work in the beauty salon industry and value customer service beyond anything else in this crazy tech world that we are living in. I called to book a 90 minute deep tissue massage and a real person with a delightful voice helped me and fit me with Heidi after I explained that I really needed someone with strong hands and a knowledge of my aching muscles. The salon is always clean, serene and can service every need I may need on any particular day. Thank you so much for helping me heal my body and my mind!!

I have gotten a lot of massages in my life, and this one was by far the best. From the front desk, staff being so friendly to the cleanliness of the facilities and steam room to the knowledge of my masseuse, Lara. I have never been so pleased after a massage. I could not recommend this place more.

Sophia was amazing! 80 Minutes at Haven was a fabulous facial, and she was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I left not only looking and feeling great but with a better understanding of how to care for my skin. I will be back!

Had an amazing Hydrafacial performed by Sophia. I had scheduled a regular facial but after she explained the benefits of a Hydrafacial I agreed to try it. She was absolutely right! My skin felt and looked amazing after this treatment. I will definitely be getting more of these in the future. Thank you, Sophia!

When I went, everyone treated me so well and when I got my facial done here, I was well taken care of and also felt so relaxed. They were also kind enough to give information on my skin and what treatments to use on my face. So I rate this place 5 stars

Haven has become my regular place for services, especially massages. Best massages for the price I have ever received. Zac is very skilled and professional and always resolves my pain. Will be back.

Rena is THE BEST! I have been to her since 2018/2019 and she transformed my skin from congested breakouts to healthy, smooth glow! I moved out of state and saw other professionals but none compare. I just moved back, literally landed last night and went straight to her today for her first availability. I love Rena! Haven is an incredibly clean, serene, and professional place. I’ve had my nails done here before in addition to my facials and enjoyed the experience and result.

Felt super relaxed after an hour massage with Maura. Sophie did my hydrafacial. My skin looks flawless!! I was able to book last minute, 2 days before Christmas! I would definitely come back.

I have been working with Ariel for massages for over 2 years. Every time the experience helps me deepen my connection to my body and soul. Ariel understands and connects to my different needs at different times and his intuition is out of the world. The stuff here are all amazing and welcoming. It has been such a pleasure and I am very grateful.

What a delight it was to spend the day at Haven, enjoying a scrub, facial, massage and mani/pedi. Everyone was so kind and the services were all fantastic. It was a Holiday treat from my daughter, so that made it all the more special! I can't wait to come back.

I am on a team of 12 ladies, and we have had several work parties here. There is a wide range of ages and likes, but everyone loves when we have our spa days! All of the services we have had are great and all of the aestheticians delightful. The body scrub is a team favorite. Highly recommend:)

So when I arrived in NY, my back/shoulders were killing me. I went immidiatly on to search for a good massage spot and oh boy did I get lucky. Out of the hundreds of business, I ended up at HAVEN. Best decision ever. Super nice people (hi Carmen :)), super clean and good sense of humor. Heidi was my massage therapist and she absolutely gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. So please, stop your search and just book an appointment. You will thank me later.

I have been getting frequent prenatal massages at Haven Spa with Lara throughout the past 8 months of my pregnancy and these have been the most blissful experiences. Lara is not only an expert at supporting my bodies' changing needs throughout pregnancy (such as working with SI joint pain, low back issues, edema/swelling, and general aches and pains of pregnancy) but she is kind, gentle and makes my experience so therapeutic every time. I just love going to this spa and can't recommend it to expecting mommas enough!

I've been coming here for a bit over 3 years, every couple of months to see Lara and as long as I live in NY I will never go anywhere else. The massages are definitely more therapeutic and stretching based than they are relaxing, but as someone who's constantly stressed and very tight, it's exactly what I need. If that sounds like the kind of thing you're looking for, can't possibly recommend enough. Facility is great as well. You won't regret it.

The spa service I received was Amazing...!!! I will definitely be returning for that. However, my disappointment came when I got home. On my way out, I decided to invest in an eye cream. I was interested in addressing fine lines and wrinkles. The young lady at the desk motioned to one of the aestheticians for help. She recommended three, and I chose the 2nd. When I got home and read it, the lighting is very dim in there, I realized it was an "Eye Makeup Remover"....!! Not at all what I asked for. Fortunately, it also conditions your eyelashes, so there is that. Although I would love to think they might make it right on my next visit, I'm sure they won't even remember me. Btw.....picked up a decent eye cream elsewhere.

Overall, the spa is nice. However, the women’s locker room is tiny and if a few others are in there, it’s hard to move around and to access the lockers. Also, there were 3 women in the relax and wait room who were talking and laughing very loudly and no one working there told them to keep it down. It sort of ruined the spa atmosphere. My treatment was great for the first 25 minutes but then after that, for the scalp massage, I told the masseuse I like my scalp massage hard instead of medium, like the rest of the treatment had been, and it was still much too light. Also, the masseuse arrived to the waiting room a few minutes late and then he ended early so overall I was gypped out of about seven or eight minutes and for a 45 minute treatment that’s a large percentage. But when I told the woman at the front desk what had happened, she comped me 15% of the treatment so they were very nice and because of that I would probably go back.

I had the geek massage at Haven and it was a really nice experience. The massage was great, exactly what I needed to release shoulder aches and tension in my neck. The facility is clean and welcoming. I also had a manicure and pedicure, both were wonderful. I highly recommend services at Haven, I will definitely return.

I been coming here for years for waxing and facial services. The staff and the front desk are great. I never had an issue with a service or booking an appointment. I have even recommended this place numerous times to my friends and they have all liked it as well. I even bring in my daughter for services as well.

My massage with Maura was wonderful! She listened to all my needs and customized my massage to take care of all my problem areas. The spa was very luxurious and inclusive and I had a wonderful experience!

As Maid of Honor to my best friend, I hosted her bachelorette at Haven Spa. This spa deserves 1000/10 stars! Not only were all of the services absolutely heavenly, but the staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond. We booked 4 'treat-me' packages and from the start, Asha was incredibly helpful. She booked all of our treatments in the same time slots and even accommodated when one girl was running late. We were allowed to bring in our own minimal food and drink and a decorations. I did not arrive early enough to put out the decorations before we started and when we all came out of our massages, Asha had set everything up and even blew up the balloons! I can't thank Asha and the team enough for making this experience so memorable for all of us, especially the bride. We ALL agreed we will be returning!

The Body Waxing procedure was successful and painless. The master was professional and accurate, and the procedure itself took less time than I expected. I am very pleased with the result - the skin has become smooth and tender, without excess hair. I was also pleased with the atmosphere of the salon - everything was clean and tidy, the staff was polite and attentive. I recommend the Body Waxing procedure to anyone who wants to have smooth and well-groomed skin without excess hair.

I got a facial and body wrap with Eileen and I can’t recommend her enough! Very nice and relaxing spa with great amenities especially the steam room.

I didn’t love my experience here. The steam room wasn’t working and the showers were cold. The lady who gave my massage was really nice and very diligent but it wasn’t strong enough for a proper deep tissue and didn’t really improve my tension at all even when I asked for more pressure. In general I wasn’t impressed with the facilities especially for the prices I was paying

I recently visited Haven Spa (the 250 mercer st location) for a prenatal massage, excited and convinced by their promise of a safe and relaxing experience tailored to expectant mothers. However, I left the spa feeling disappointed and uncomfortable due to several shortcomings in their service. I had high hopes for a wonderful and relaxing prenatal massage, and those expectations were not met. Once I got into my assigned room for the massage, it was evident that Haven Spa lacked the proper equipment necessary for a prenatal massage. Despite their claims on their website regarding their pre-natal massages, the most obvious red flag was that they did not provide a massage bed with a hole for the belly, which is essential for ensuring comfort during the treatment. Instead, they offered a subpar and inadequate pillow option. The pillow's intended design, was nothing but a VERY shallow indent, which failed to accommodate my rather small 25-week pregnant belly. I am quite petite and do not have a large bump. This pillow caused significant discomfort and pain within seconds of attempting to lie on it. This created a considerable 8-10 inch gap between the height of the pillow and the massage table, resulting in my head hanging down and my legs at an awkward angle which would have been so uncomfortable if I chose to move forward with this "option". It was very annoying that the spa's pregnancy pillow "option" only was for the length of my torso, neglecting the proper support required for my entirety of the body. Because this spa did not have the appropriate massage bed and the discomfort caused by the pillow, my masseuse was only able to provide the massage while I was lying on my side. The side facing up received all the attention, while the side I was lying on did not...so not a full massage. And anyone who is getting a massage for back discomfort or tension knows that they want their entire back massaged....not just part of it. ESPECIALLY if you're paying. Although my masseuse was friendly and did their best with the limited equipment available, the experience did not meet my expectations....at all. On top of that, I'm super disappointed in the response or what really is the lack of response from Haven Spa. I emailed the spa 13 days ago, where I detailed my discomfort and expressed my concern about their failure to provide the advertised safe and relaxing prenatal massage experience. I had hoped to hear from them before writing this review but it seems that they have chosen to disregard my concerns and dismiss my experience altogether. It is unfortunate that they have displayed a lack of care for their customers' comfort and failed to live up to their own marketing promises. I would not recommend Haven Spa if you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable pre-natal massage...as mine was far from the relaxing experience they advertise. The lack of the proper massage bed and their alternative of an inadequate pillow made the session uncomfortable, initially painful and had me tense and I was unable to fully relax for the duration of the massage...which was a real bummer.

I had a deep tissue massage with Marie. She is a true healer. Every minute was intentional, and I could absolutely tell she knew the anatomy and was tuning into what my body was telling her. The farthest thing from a generic massage. Thank you Marie and Haven!

Comfy room but massage was lacking in pressure despite 3 requests. Felt more like a skin rub than muscle massage. They also did not ask me how it was when I checked out. And, they charged my card last night which is not a good policy. Would not return.

Loved spa in the past - had facial , massage, mani, pedis . Just recently very unpleasant encounter with Rena who skin shamed me during my facial . Once I did not agree to modify my service increasing its cost by double, she dismissed my questions , insulted my skin care methods ( not to mention I use some of the very products used @ Haven spa), and proceeded to debate with me. I have suffered with acne all my life but still feel I look beautiful at 60. However, after this so called unprofessional and hurtful aesthetician skin shamed me, and then went as far as saying to me that “I am 52 and look at her skin”, etc. Honestly , I was tearful during this encounter. I told her that she made my experience unpleasant , after all , my lovely sisters treated me for my birthday . I did let one of the ladies at the front desk know about my experience and she vowed to make the manager aware.

Best wax in NYC

I was an Eve (Haven sister salon) customer for over 15 yrs and when they closed I went to Haven for a few times. In the last few meni/pedi I had, I was very disappointed. One time they cut my cuticles too much that it heart and a few days later the skin around my nails broke and pealed. This week I got a meni and I wasn’t happy with the shape of the nail and the application of the polish. It nearly been a day and it’s already coming off. Not happy! On a positive note, everybody is super nice, the atmosphere is relaxing and its clean.

Haven - I call it HEAVEN! They have very specialized and specific body treatments and facials. I had an amazing body exfoliation /pore extraction with LORA and a much needed replenishing facial with RENA, whom I always request .They both saved my life ( and my skin!) The atmosphere is elegant, the aroma from the herbs and cleansing creams is so clean and absolutely divine..The aestheticians are top notch, knowledgeable and they really deliver what is promised My favorite is the lounge area —a kaleidoscope of stars wink from the ceiling, and gauzy sheer curtains snd subtle lighting transports you to a luxurious spa journey. Thanks to the front desk for fitting me in when I called, also the display of excellent products in the entrance is enticing, but never forced on the customer I have bought some products, and they were the finest quality .

Outstanding place, I have had multiple massages here that have helped relax a shoulder ailment I aquired in my youth. Next stop, a facial. Staff is very friendly.

I can’t give more than one star and that’s because the lady who did my facial (don’t remember her name) was very friendly. But it was very disappointing because she came late and didn’t do the full time with me and rushed a bit. And I really don’t know what’s going on with the ladies at the reception, super unfriendly and no smile in their faces at all. I felt uncomfortable and immediately thought it’s a racial thing. So sorry but I won’t come back anymore.

The can only do massage

Horrible service, racially profiled my wife because she wears a hijab. She walked in on the 17th of September for a massage from a female masseuse. It didn’t last very long my wife walked in wasn’t greeted by two employees one was on the phone the other starting from behind a glass window. As soon as 3 white woman walked in the lady comes out to greet them and ask them how she could help them. My wife’s cancels her appointment and walks out. She calls to get there names only to get yelled at and hung up on. There is no way a person should get treated like this in nyc in 2022. FYI I also made a complaint to the city and NYPD. If anyone reading this is a lawyer or knows a human rights group. I ain’t hard to find with a name like mines.

They kept switching my appointment time without notifying me. Scheduling is always a hassle. Prices are for a high end spa but the service does not reflect it. Had many issues with them with appointment mix ups and had to wait once for over 20 minutes for my appointment.

I was actually to go to another salon for a facial and massage. They had an emergency and fit me in with Haven Spa ???? I couldn't be happier. I'm unsure the service I would have received, but Maura, my masseuse was ???? I'm regretfully cannot tell you the name of the woman who did my facial, BEST FACIAL EVER ?????????????????????? likely my best massage ever. I will return when in NYC again ????

Gel manicure is meant to hold for 3 weeks well after 10 days one gel nail just slipped off - and Haven told me that I had to redo and pay for the 10 fingers ! Ridiculous proposition after having spent so much for a manicure - they need to learn about customer service - Peony nails a few minutes away - they are so much more helpful !

Absolutely terrible massage. Was supposed to be "deep tissue", and was very weak. Masseuse was on his phone texting repeatedly during the massage. Just awful service. Would absolutely not recommend this place for massages.

Disappointing. Not our usual place but I booked a last minute massage for my partner because she was having a rough week. I booked the 30 min deep tissue and a 15 therapeutic stretch - she only received the 30 min massage. Unclear to me why a business would offer add-ons and not honor them. The massage itself was mediocre and the masseuse would take breaks during the massage (so it’s unclear if my partner actually received the full 30). Not worth the trip or the price whatsoever. It was definitely sad to see my partner leave the place disappointed. Also the hot compress towel was smelly.

Best facial I've ever had! The Fire & Ice was incredible.

Came here Saturday and this was the worst massage I have ever had and I have had a lot of massages. The massage therapist didn’t know what he was doing AT ALL. My neck is also extremely sore as he did a good 15 minute focus session on where my neck meets my back and pulling my scull toward him. When I finally asked him to stop, he moved to my feet and barley touched them, very lightly “pressing” my pressure points and toes. I was so excited to try this place as the reviews are fantastic but do not come here. Go around the corner to Great Jones Spa. You will have a much better experience.

I sat down for a manicure that I had previously booked and they made me leave two minutes into the session since they realized they didn’t have enough time for me. My friend was coming with me for a manicure as well so they lost two clients in one day.

I was so impressed I'm legit making sure I do this at least once a month. Ariel has magical hands and by the time he was done the kinks in my back were gone. I wouldn’t recommend going here for a spa experience but would recommend going for an individual service. Today I went in for a spa package and upon my arrival learned they aren’t giving robes/changing rooms or lockers. I saw a woman struggling to get a pedicure in skinny jeans and my manicurist worried about me ruining my nails having to take my clothes off before my massage. I hated having to be in my regular clothes, Carry around my bag and have no opportunity to shower or get ready before I left. I also had no warning. The facial and massage were great but I would only go back for the individual experience. I found it a difficult environment to relax and have been to many spas in New York with locker rooms open since COVID.

I got one of the healing massages and it changed into incredible, I felt so much better right after. Their facilities are very easy and the workforce if friendly all of the time. i like coming here for massages. wow every time

Have a nice full body scrub there today. I therapist Ronnie was great. For what you're getting for the price I think it's an excellent value. I think the place is underrated for how wonderful the services are.

I got one of the therapeutic massages and it was great, I felt so much better right after. Their facilities are very clean and the staff if friendly all of the time. I love coming here for massages.

They help me plan the best surprise for my girlfriend!!! And the massage that they gave her made her sooooo relaxed and soothed

If I needed a reason to come back to NYC, Haven would be it! Michael is a miracle worker with his bodywork knowledge and pure massage skill. The atmosphere carries one into a genuine mood uplift and the facility is exceptional.

a great accommodating staff. super clean facility. if it wasn’t for the great hygiene and respectful staff i wouldn’t have gone back. minus two stars because the first gel manicure i received had bubbles and uneven edges.

I’ve been here about 5 times for waxing and after yesterday won’t be back. My aesthetician was friendly but immediately expressed how busy they’ve been and that there was no down time between appointments. It felt like she rushed through the entire apt and it was much more painful than usual. When I got home I realized it was hurting because she’d ripped several parts of my skin off - I’m not on retinol or anything else that would cause this, it was because it was rushed. This morning the raw skin has hardened into a weird scab and I’m assuming will take about a week or so to heal. The women at the front counter are also consistently pretty curt. One of the women on the phone was telling off a customer who was trying to make a massage apt and it was very uncomfortable to listen to. Top it all off that they sell a coffee mug at the front counter that cracks a joke at bi-polar disorder ("I hate being bipolar, it’s awesome") - not the best experience, especially for the $.

First time here and definitely not my last! Prices are not too pricey and the service is incredible! Ladies are so nice and the space itself is very nice. Highly recommend. We had mani/ pedis but they also offer massages and other spa services.

This review is long overdue. I scheduled a facial and massage for my daughters birthday, at least a month in advance. We show up an hour early to learn the appointment was cancelled because I didn't pay in advance. We were racially profiled although I was a frequent patron. That's when I realized the female owner is a racist.

The spa has a wonderful ambiance and everyone was nice, but the no chip manicure I received lasted around 3-4 days before chipping off and breaking my nails! I paid a good amount of money (partly because of a previous polish removal) and I have tried to contact the salon twice, but have not received any sort of response from them. My nails are not the best (they are thin, ridged, and easily broken due to family genetics) but I have never had a no chip break so quickly. (all photos taken on different days, each with a new break or chip)

This place got it right with the name "Haven". It's difficult to relax in NYC. Even my yoga class overlooks a busy street with loud traffic. Meditate to that! When you enter Haven it's completely serene. The two treatments I've had are the Macroscrub and Mini Facial - and they were both amazing. I've had many different treatments from various establishments and this one get a 5 star for everything. Environment - relaxingly warm & low lit (and of course, clean) Aestheticians - were friendly, completely professional and experts at what they do. The facial was actually so impressive I plan to come back for the longer one. Lastly, my favorite aspect is the lounge where you can relax before or after with tea and a magazine. I always hate to rush off and out into the city after a relaxing treatment so appreciate having a space to relax a little longer

Had a manicure. Staff was very pleasant all the way around. Place had a nice air to it. I felt cared for. I think I will give their facial a try next time I am in.

In love! Great massage and beautiful blow out. I love how detailed my massage was. From massage table being warm to having a warm towel under my neck. Talented masseuse knew exactly where my pain was. My blow out was flawless and my hair looked well hydrated. I had a fabulous time here. I also enjoy the dimmed room with many options of tea and some snacks. The ambiance is so chill and great. Nice staff. Also enjoy that the lockers had built in locks because who’s really carrying a heavy lock on them. Very clean and I definitely recommend coming here. You will be treated like a princess.

Got a cut and color, let just say one of the best times i have had in a saloon ever, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is smiling, Hana gave me a great cut and advised me on a color for my hair one of the best times i have ever had, Michael one of the Assistance was also a great help and funny story teller.

Not what it used to be. The room where the hot tub is, in the women's locker room smelled putrid. I get a little chemically, but this was rank. No magazines in the waiting room. Lame Treatments are expensive and you get just as much from Massage Envy at a fraction of the price.

The services (facial and massage for me today) were wonderful but I subtracted a star because of an clunky booking (you can’t do it online unless you download an app) and check in/check out process (not taken to the locker room until after first treatment so had to bring haul bag, coat, boots, etc; had to ask for sandals; product mentioned in facial wasn’t offered at check out; wasn’t able to charge to card I used to make the res as I didn’t have it with me). A relaxing experience, with talented staff otherwise:)

I just left this place. Great decor and ambiance. My massages were wonderful. However, here is my experience, scheduling was a bit of a hassle at first. Everything was great until my manicure... they did not offer the designs I saw online, (annoying), then refused to do my friends white tip she requested due to not enough time. Huh, where they do that at? Next, at checkout, I was ready to purchase the recommendations per my facial however she forgot to pull them out for Me so I only purchased socks. To top it off as soon as I walked out the door - my manicure messed all up. For over $500 spent - I expected it bit more.

The service is wonderful. Mariola and Mirline are the best at their craft.

Called earlier this week to make an appointment and no one picked up. I tried calling again earlier today and I was out on hold for 3-5 minutes, only to be told that there was an emergency and they took my name and number to call me back to book an appointment. Still haven't gotten a call back to make an appointment.

I have been going here for years and their service is always on point, the spa is impeccably clean, workers are friendly and courteous.

After a long flight from Australia, my skin had a freak out and I was bloated as hell! We're staying in the area so I decided to look for spas offering speciality facials and body slimming/cellulite treatments. I came across Haven's mixed reviews and still persisted to give it a go as the Hour Glass body slimming treatment sounded perfect! I rang and got an appointment within the hour, back home that would be iffy, but I still went ahead anyway. I was professionally greeted by front desk, promptly filled out my details and was taken to the change rooms to get ready. My therapist was Maria. Not only was she beautiful, she was warm and kind and so professional. We instantly got chatting, she made me feel very comfortable with her compentency! The treatment was a results based treatment, that's what I paid for and that's certainly what I received! Maria was incredible! So professional, attention to detail, thoroughness all exceptional! I also had my facial done with her - also exceptional! Results from both treatments were incredible! I have tried slimming treatments all over the world, this was by far the best results ever! I highly reccomend Maria and these treatments to anyone looking to slim down, remove Cellulite and horrible orange peel skin. Maria I love you and I'll be back next week! X

One of the best spas I've been to , I did the body therapies Surf & Turf and Hammam , both were amazing, comfortable and relaxing space with privacy, great staff . The location is in a nice side of New York , which tourists don't normally go to , but it's worth the visit.

DISGUSTING SPA. I was mortified to see how dirty and gross this spa was. The treatment was absolutely awful and staff was rude. Worst spa I've ever been to in my life.

awful spa --- the staff is rude and scammed me into spending 100 extra dollars plus they didnt even massage me during my treatment like the description said and left me alone and overheating in a dirty small room. i have never had such an awful spa experiance i am so mad. the stream room was also cold Nd disgusting.

Fine Day Spa. I was on the hunt for a luxurious spa in Manhattan that covered all the bases. Haven has a great salon with a very personable staff. I had a wax and a mani-pedi. The private rooms are nice and off an atmospheric hallway. There is lounge space for all-day visits. The esthiscians were friendly. This was an incredibly high quality experience! I highly recommend Haven.

Was there couple of times and the team was always very rude to me and very not professional . When I spoke to manager Adita she asked me to not to come if I'm not happy .

Lovely staff, excellent range of services, and very soothing vibe. I had eyelash extensions done there and booked another appointment because the experience was really well done (and far less expensive than Manhattan). And I'm taking a Thanksgiving guest there for a massage in a few weeks. Haven is an absolute respite from the stresses of live.

I really wanted to like this place. The space itself feels very zen - clean, with good ambience. I have been to a few spas around the city (Bliss, Savor, Peninsula, Waldorf, to name but a few). Unfortunately, the massage at Haven was simply not good enough for the price they charge. My masseuse, although very nice, was either not trained properly, or feeling lazy. It felt rushed and rough.

Good aestheticians, clean facilities and excellent service. The aestiticians are well trained professionals who do everything from waxing to facials. The spa is warm and inviting with complimentary tea and water. There's a Mani pedi room and a hair blowout and styling room. This is a solid place and worth a visit.

I went there last week for a facial because my brother had given me a gift certificate. I had the most pleasant experience, they were kind and professional from the second I walked through the door to the moment I left. My skin still looks amazing. I would definitely give them a try. I'm going back at the end of May.

I went with my boyfriend who had a massage and loved it. For myself, I had a shellac mani pedi. Not such a great quality, they cut too much one nail and left a lot of umperfections, plus the polish was already going away after a few days while it's suppose to stay on for 2 to 3 weeks. The service was very nice though, but so expensive. It's good to come there for kind of celebration but I would definitely not afford to go on frequent basis.

Haven is a fantastic place. Highly recommend for any service.

Such a treat! My facialist was informative without being invasive. She told me about some products that would benefit my skin, one of which I bought. But she did it in a low-pressure way that didn't feel like one big sales pitch. I loved every second (even the extractions part, as there was something strangely reassuring about what was happening). I left feeling relaxed and literally glowing. Wish I could come here more often!

If you very rarely take the time to treat yourself to a body treatment and don't know where to go, Haven is the place to be. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the service is impeccable, and the price packages are very reasonable. It's such a charming spa and you probably wouldn't notice it on the street because it's underground. Especially in a frenetic area like SoHo, it's very alluring to have a go-to spa when you're done shopping. My favorite treatment was the Taj-Ma-Toes pedicure treatment. Unlike any pedicure I've ever had, this special treatment was certainly a treat for my feet during the winter time. Aside from the normal pedi protocol, they give you a chai tea latte while you're relaxing and give you a hot stone massage on your legs. Ultimate luxury and I always tell my friends that Haven Spa certificates are a wonderful gift idea. Also, the staff gives you a complimentary pack of nail files and cuticle pushers so you know that everything is sterilized, clean, and just for you.

Years ago, when working in lower Manhattan, I visited Haven for manicures & pedicures. But then came the change in jobs, the change in neighborhoods. Time past. When a Yelp Deal for two for one lady-parts waxing came up, I jumped at the chance to return to a safe Haven. During my most recent visit, I had an appointment with Stalina. She encouraged me to sync my in/exhalations with the application & removal of the wax. The coping technique worked. The session was speedy & the discomfort, post hair removal, seemed lessened. Selecting the sensitive skin wax means paying a little more, but I do experience sensitivity to wax at times, and why not be gentle with your delicate bits? Haven is charmingly appointed, the staff is courteous & friendly. I find myself wanting to come back. Which is what I will be doing - Haven & I have been reunited. And it feels so good.

Yasmine was great! She talked to me about things that obviously interested me so the waxing would be easier. She did a great job and had some great advice about my skin. I was expecting a hard sell after, but there was none, it was all just advice. The price is awesome too. The people behind the counter were really friendly and helpful. It was a great atmosphere. I will definitely go here if I need other kind of spa treatment.
